Taranis - In search of the hidden side of thunderstorms
Résumé
The purpose of the Taranis mission is to study the transient luminous events that form over the clouds during thunderstorms around the globe. These TLE's, discovered in the years 90, are studied by the satellite Taranis orbiting at 700km altitude.
